The Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry has been a big part in the local paddling community for many years. WCCBI is associated with the Pennsylvania Association of Canoeing and Kayaking (PACK) and the United States Canoe Association (USCA).

August 12th – Youth Sprint and Adult/Youth Sprint Championships, Youth Marathon Championships and Paddlers with Physical Disabilities Championships; Chapman Lake
August 13th – Marathon Championships; Allegheny River from Kinzua Tailwaters Boat Ramp to Betts Park
August 14th – Marathon Championships; Allegheny River from Kinzua Tailwaters Boat Ramp to Betts Park
August 15th – Marathon Championships; Allegheny River from Kinzua Tailwaters Boat Ramp to Betts Park
