Before you download, you may have to install the free Acrobat Reader. Follow instructions at the bottom of this page. (you will only need to do this once per computer.)

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here for free .

1. On a PC: click once with the right mouse button while the pointer is over the ".pdf" link below.
On a Mac: hold down the control key, then click the mouse button while the pointer is over the ".pdf" link below.

2. From the pop-up menu that appears, select 'Download Link to Disk' or 'Save Target As' (or similar).

3. Save the file to the Desktop so you can find it easily.

4. Start up Acrobat Reader and open the file you just saved — or you may be able to double-click the file to open it automatically with Acrobat Reader.
